Once an order has been placed it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled.
However, we accept items to be returned within 10 business days of receiving your goods (please notify us by email your intention to return) for a refund or exchange of size only if the below is carefully adhered to.
Please note returns are processed within 5-10 Business Days from the date the tracking shows delivered to us not from the date you send the return.
Charlie Star Boutique offers a refund for returns. The refund will be issued for the product cost only if the garment is returned in its original condition with tags attached and within 10 business days of receiving your order.
Please note; you will not be credited for your initial shipping fee, nor compensated for return postage fee. This is up to the buyer to ship the return goods back to Charlie Star Boutique.
A RESTOCKING FEE applies to all refunds (excluding faulty item claims) which is a flat fee of $10.
Returned items MUST adhere to the following policy:
1. Returned with original tags attached and packaging
2. Have no sign of wear, stains, body odour, perfumes or machine washing detergents
3. Returned within 10 business days of receiving your order
4. Refunds are not offered for Sale items and are a FINAL sale when purchased
5. Sorry but we can't take back swimwear, intimates, earrings & studs or beauty products for health reasons
If you wish to return something you purchased using AfterPay, the return process is the same as above. You will continue to be charged by AfterPay until you have paid all of your instalments.
Failure to comply with the above will deem your return unsuccessful and returned to sender at the buyers cost.
Once your return is processed your refund will display in your order online.
